Summary
This study is testing if using a lower dose of a key drug (cyclophosphamide) after a bone marrow transplant can reduce side effects while still preventing a dangerous complication where donor cells attack the body. It focuses on older adults or those less fit for standard transplants who have blood cancers. The goal is to make the transplant process safer and more tolerable for these patients.
