Could a lower dose of this lymphoma drug be just as effective?

Summary
This study is testing whether a lower dose of the drug brentuximab vedotin can still effectively treat mycosis fungoides, Sezary syndrome, and lymphomatoid papulosis—types of skin lymphoma. About 58 adults with stage IB or higher disease will receive the lower dose to see if it works as well as the standard dose but with fewer side effects. The goal is to find a safer, more tolerable treatment option for these chronic conditions.
