Could a safer dose clear lung infections?

Summary
This study is testing whether a lower dose of a medication injected into the chest works as well as the standard dose for treating serious lung infections (pleural infection). The goal is to see if the lower dose can help drain infected fluid effectively while possibly causing fewer bleeding problems. About 30 adult patients with this type of infection will be randomly assigned to receive either the low or standard dose, and their progress will be followed for three months.
