Arm cuffs and light exercise may boost strength in COPD patients

Summary

This study tests a special arm exercise program for people with moderate to severe COPD. Participants will do light arm exercises while wearing cuffs that slightly restrict blood flow. The goal is to see if this approach can improve arm strength, daily activities, and quality of life without causing breathing problems. About 36 adults aged 40-80 with stable COPD will take part.
