First seen Apr 05, 2026 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests a special arm exercise using low weights and a blood pressure cuff to partly restrict blood flow. It aims to see if this approach can safely improve arm strength, daily activities, and quality of life for people with moderate COPD. About 36 adults aged 40-80 with stable COPD will participate, comparing the real treatment to a sham version.
