Summary
This study looks at whether low-intensity exercise that combines physical and mental tasks can improve thinking and memory in older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Researchers will compare a group that does this exercise three times a week for three months to a group that continues their normal routine. The goal is to see if the exercise helps brain function and changes certain blood markers linked to brain health.
