Light exercise may sharpen aging brains

Summary
This study looks at whether low-intensity exercise that combines physical and mental activities can improve memory and thinking in older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI), a condition that raises dementia risk. About 64 people will either do the exercise program three times a week for three months or continue their normal routine. Researchers will measure changes in cognitive tests and blood markers to understand how exercise might help protect the brain.
