Argentina launches first major study on Slow-Growing brain tumors

Summary
This study aims to understand how often low-grade gliomas (slow-growing brain tumors) occur in Argentina and how long patients typically survive. Researchers will look back at medical records of about 40 patients from hospitals in Argentina. The goal is to fill a gap in knowledge about these tumors in middle-income countries and guide future research.
