Summary
This study is testing a 6-month low-glycemic, high-fiber diet in 56 women with PCOS living in remote Yunnan, China. The goal is to see if this culturally-adapted diet can improve insulin resistance, hormone levels, and menstrual regularity. Participants must have a BMI of 24 or higher and stable weight. The diet is designed to be practical for local eating habits.
