Summary
This study looks at whether a Low-FODMAP diet can help people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) by reducing leaky gut, easing symptoms, and improving quality of life. Twenty-four adults with IBS will follow either a Low-FODMAP or a traditional diet for four weeks. Researchers will measure gut barrier health and symptom changes to see if this diet offers real relief.
