NCT ID NCT05582785

First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study is testing a new, low-field MRI scanner to see if it can produce clear images of the brain without using radiation. About 500 children and young adults (up to age 22) who need a brain scan will get both the new MRI and a standard scan. The goal is to see if the new machine can replace CT scans, which use radiation, and make imaging safer for kids.
