New portable brain scanner tested on kids

NCT ID NCT05582785

Summary

This study is testing a new, portable type of MRI scanner that uses a lower magnetic field. Researchers want to see how well this new scanner works for brain imaging in children and young adults (ages 0-22) compared to standard MRI, CT scans, or ultrasound. The goal is to understand if this more accessible technology can provide accurate images for diagnosis.
