Could a lower dose of stroke drug help seniors recover better?

Summary
This study looks at whether a lower dose of the clot-busting drug tenecteplase is safe and works well for people aged 70 and older who have had a stroke. About 800 participants will receive either low-dose tenecteplase or standard treatment within 4.5 hours of their stroke. The goal is to see if the lower dose reduces disability and improves recovery without increasing risks.
