Summary
This study looks at whether a low dose of the steroid prednisolone can effectively treat liver inflammation (hepatitis) caused by immune checkpoint inhibitors in cancer patients. About 63 adults with grade 2-3 liver inflammation will receive 0.5-1 mg per kg of prednisolone. The goal is to see if this approach resolves the inflammation within 8 weeks without needing higher doses or additional drugs.
