Summary

This study tests a new treatment for people with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer who have not had prior treatment. It combines low-dose radiation with standard chemotherapy and an immunotherapy drug called serplulimab. The goal is to see if this combination can delay cancer growth and improve survival. The study involves 61 participants and is currently active but not recruiting.
