Summary
This study tests a new treatment for people with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer, a fast-growing cancer that has spread. The approach combines low-dose radiation to the chest with chemotherapy and an immunotherapy drug (adebrelimab), followed by maintenance immunotherapy for up to two years. The goal is to see if this combination can delay cancer growth and improve survival. About 43 adults who have not had prior treatment will take part.
