New radiation dose may tame eye cancer with fewer side effects
NCT ID NCT07210749
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a lower dose of radiation (12 Gy in 6 sessions) for people with low-grade B-cell orbital lymphoma, a slow-growing eye cancer. The goal is to see if this dose can control the tumor as well as the standard higher dose (24-25 Gy) while causing fewer long-term side effects. About 36 adults with this condition will take part. If successful, this approach could offer a gentler treatment option.
