Gentler radiation trial seeks better balance for eye cancer patients

NCT ID NCT07210749

Summary

This study is testing a lower dose of radiation therapy for people with slow-growing lymphoma in the eye area. Researchers want to see if giving 12Gy of radiation in 6 sessions provides good tumor control while causing fewer long-term side effects than the current standard higher dose. The trial will enroll 36 adults with confirmed low-grade orbital lymphoma to measure tumor response and quality of life over two years.
