NCT ID NCT05621096

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This early-phase study looks at whether giving low-dose radiation before CAR T-cell therapy is practical and safe for people with B-cell lymphoma that has returned or not responded to treatment. About 33 adults will receive radiation to shrink tumors while waiting for their CAR T cells to be ready. The main goal is to see if most patients can still get the CAR T infusion after radiation, and to check for serious side effects like cytokine release syndrome.
