Summary
This study is testing whether low doses of the medication naltrexone can help reduce the severe fatigue experienced by people with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS). Researchers will enroll 75 adults from Alabama in a 10-month remote trial where participants receive medication by mail and track their symptoms weekly. The main goal is to find the most effective dose for easing fatigue symptoms.
