This study tested whether giving a low dose of ketamine over 30 minutes instead of 15 minutes reduces side effects like dizziness and confusion while still controlling severe pain. 55 adults with acute pain in the emergency department took part. The goal was to find a way to keep pain under control with fewer unpleasant side effects.
