Scientists test Ultra-Low aspirin dose in heart patients
NCT ID NCT04990791
Summary
This study aimed to understand how a new, very low-dose aspirin regimen combined with the blood thinner rivaroxaban affects the body compared to standard treatments. It involved 48 adults with chronic heart disease who were already taking daily aspirin. Researchers measured blood clotting, inflammation, and bleeding time to see if the new combination worked differently.
