Aspirin after delivery: a simple pill to heal blood vessels after preeclampsia?

Summary
This study tests whether taking a low-dose aspirin (81 mg) daily for 3 weeks after giving birth can improve blood vessel function in women who had severe preeclampsia. About 100 women will be randomly assigned to receive aspirin or a placebo. The goal is to see if aspirin helps the blood vessels heal and lowers blood pressure after delivery.
