Summary

This study looks at whether giving out special syringes that waste less medicine can help people who inject drugs stay safer from HIV and hepatitis. About 2,400 participants in nine countries will answer surveys and get tested. The goal is to learn what works best for distributing these syringes and how to make them more acceptable.
