Diet showdown: which eating plan really works best?
NCT ID NCT07457827
Summary
This study aims to find out if a low-carbohydrate diet or a balanced diet is more effective for weight loss and improving heart health markers in healthy adults. 135 participants will follow one of these diets, or a control diet, for four weeks while keeping food records and having check-ups. Researchers will measure changes in weight, body mass index (BMI), blood pressure, and other blood markers to see which approach works better.
