Summary
This study looked at whether adding a low-carb, high-protein diet (like Atkins) to the weight-loss drug semaglutide helps people lose more weight. Sixty overweight or obese adults were split into two groups: one followed the low-carb diet, the other a low-fat diet, for 3 months. Researchers tracked weight, blood sugar, and body composition changes.
