First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study aims to better understand low back pain by closely tracking 600 adults (300 with acute pain and 300 with chronic pain) over 6 months. Participants will use a smartphone app and a wrist-worn activity tracker to report pain, movement, mood, and daily activity. The goal is to identify patterns and factors that influence recovery, which could improve future prevention and treatment.
