Summary

This study aims to train Louisiana pharmacists to prescribe HIV prevention medication (PrEP) more effectively and fairly. It will measure if special training on health disparities and implicit bias helps pharmacists serve more people from minority communities. The goal is to increase equitable access to this important preventive treatment across the state.
