Could a common blood pressure pill boost chemo for resistant ovarian cancer?

Summary
This study tests whether adding losartan, a blood pressure medication, to weekly paclitaxel chemotherapy can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth in people with ovarian cancer that no longer responds to platinum-based drugs. About 27 adults with advanced ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer will receive the combination. The goal is to see if this approach improves response rates and delays disease progression.
