Summary
This study tests whether adding losartan, a blood pressure medication, to weekly paclitaxel chemotherapy can shrink tumors in people with ovarian cancer that no longer responds to platinum-based drugs. About 27 adults with advanced ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer will receive the combination. The main goal is to see how many patients experience tumor shrinkage.
