Summary
This study tests whether losartan, a blood pressure medication, can help clear mucus from the lungs of people with cystic fibrosis (CF) who cannot take current CFTR-targeted therapies. Sixteen adults with mild to moderate lung disease will take losartan for over 12 weeks. The goal is to see if it improves lung function and reduces inflammation.
