Summary

This small study tested whether losartan, a common blood pressure medication, could help clear mucus from the lungs of adults with cystic fibrosis who cannot take standard CFTR therapies. Thirteen participants took losartan for over 12 weeks. The goal was to see if it improved lung function and reduced inflammation.
