Summary
This phase 2 trial tests whether adding local treatments (like radiation or surgery) to the drug lorlatinib can better control advanced ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer. About 30 patients who have not had prior targeted therapy will receive lorlatinib for 12 weeks, then may get local therapy. The study tracks safety and how well the cancer is controlled.
