New immune therapy trial offers hope for Tough-to-Treat gynecologic cancers

NCT ID NCT06730347

Summary

This study is testing an experimental immunotherapy drug called lorigerlimab for women with advanced ovarian and other gynecologic cancers that have stopped responding to standard platinum-based chemotherapy. About 60 participants will receive the drug through an IV every three weeks to see if it can shrink their tumors and control the cancer. The study will closely monitor how well the treatment works and what side effects it causes in these difficult-to-treat cancers.
