First seen Feb 16, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests whether a sex-specific food supplement can slow biological aging in healthy adults aged 50-70. Over 6 months, 60 participants will take either the supplement or a placebo, and researchers will measure blood markers, body composition, and DNA changes. The goal is to see if the supplement affects aging-related biomarkers, not to cure or treat any disease.
