Can special pills slow down aging? scientists test new supplements
NCT ID NCT07416396
Summary
This study aims to see if taking specific morning and evening food supplements for six months changes blood markers associated with aging and longevity. It involves 60 healthy adults aged 50 to 70, with half taking the supplements and half taking a placebo. Researchers will measure various blood markers, body composition, and ask about sleep and well-being to understand the supplements' effects.
