Summary

This study aims to see if taking sex-specific food supplements for six months changes blood and saliva markers linked to aging and longevity. It will involve 60 healthy adults aged 50-70, who will take either the supplement or a placebo. Researchers will measure various health indicators to understand if the supplements affect biological age.
