Summary
This research aims to discover the specific genes that help some people live to age 95 and beyond while staying healthy. The study is enrolling 2,000 participants from Ashkenazi Jewish families, including very long-lived individuals and their children. By comparing their genes, researchers hope to understand the biology of healthy aging and eventually develop therapies to help others.
