Summary
This study tested a drug called minzasolmin (UCB0599) in 428 people with early Parkinson's disease to see if it could slow brain changes over time. Participants were split into groups that started the drug early or later. The study was terminated early, so results are limited. It aimed to measure brain health using special scans and daily medication needs.
