Tracking a decade of relief: study checks if incontinence surgery holds up

NCT ID NCT04829994

Summary

This study is checking how well a specific surgical mesh sling (the TVT EXACT system) works for treating stress urinary incontinence in women over the long term. It will follow about 200 women for 5 to 10 years after their surgery to see if the treatment remains successful and how it affects their daily life and comfort. The main goal is to see if the surgery provides a lasting cure for incontinence symptoms.
