NCT ID NCT06600087

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 23, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This completed study in France looked at 248 people taking PrEP (a daily pill to prevent HIV) to see if long-term use changes risky sexual behaviors or increases sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Participants filled out a questionnaire about their sexual practices and recent STI history. The goal was to compare those on PrEP for over a year with those on it for less time, to help improve future prevention advice.
