New hope for PAH: Long-Term safety trial of targeted therapy sotatercept

Summary
This study looks at the long-term safety of the medicine sotatercept when added to standard treatments for pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a condition where lung blood vessels narrow, making breathing and activity difficult. About 815 adults who completed earlier sotatercept studies will take the drug for years. Researchers will monitor side effects, lab results, and how well patients tolerate the treatment.
