Summary
This study aims to check the long-term safety of a dietary supplement called palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) in healthy adults. Over 200 participants will take either the supplement or a placebo daily for 12 months, with researchers closely monitoring their health for any side effects. The main goal is to see if taking PEA for a full year is safe for generally healthy people.
