First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study is a long-term follow-up for 11 kidney transplant patients who previously received an experimental cell therapy (CAR-Treg) designed to help the body accept the new kidney. Researchers will track safety and side effects for up to 15 years after the infusion. The goal is to understand the lasting effects of this treatment, not to test a new cure or therapy.
