Summary

This study looks at the long-term safety and how well ALKS 2680 works for people with narcolepsy type 1, type 2, or idiopathic hypersomnia. About 256 adults who finished a previous ALKS 2680 study will take the tablet and be monitored for side effects and improvements in daytime sleepiness. The goal is to see if the treatment remains safe and effective over time.
