Summary

This study looks at the long-term safety and effectiveness of odevixibat in people with Alagille syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that affects the liver and other organs. The drug is already approved in the US to treat severe itching caused by bile buildup. Researchers will track itching, side effects, and lab results over time in about 70 participants who completed a prior study.
