Premature Babies' vision tracked years after eye treatment

NCT ID NCT04515524

First seen Apr 08, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study follows about 100 babies who were treated for retinopathy of prematurity (an eye disease in premature infants) in an earlier study. Researchers want to see how their eyesight and overall development are doing over the long term, and check for any delayed side effects. No new treatment is given—this is purely an observation and measurement study.
