Summary

This study looks at how patients are doing 5 years after surgery for thoracic outlet syndrome, a condition where nerves and blood vessels are squeezed in the shoulder area. Researchers asked 53 adults who had surgery in 2016 to fill out questionnaires about their arm function and overall quality of life. The goal is to understand long-term results and find factors that might lead to poor outcomes.
