Summary
This was a 6-month follow-up study to see if the pain relief from an experimental gene therapy called Engensis lasted over time. It involved 106 people with painful diabetic nerve damage who had already completed the main treatment study. The goal was to check if the reduction in foot and leg pain was durable and to monitor for any long-term safety issues.
