Heart failure patients get continued access to promising oral treatment

Summary
This study offers continued access to an oral medication called levosimendan for people with pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs) and a type of heart failure where the heart pumps normally but is stiff. About 800 participants who completed a previous levosimendan study can join. The main goal is to track safety over the long term.
