Summary
This study follows 240 adults with essential tremor that doesn't improve with medication. They receive a non-invasive procedure called MR-guided focused ultrasound that targets a small area in the brain. Researchers will track tremor severity, side effects, and quality of life for at least 3 years to see if the benefits last.
